Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Overlift → Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from the app's Profile settings, or email us at the address above and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

Why was my form video analysis slow or unavailable?

Form analysis needs an internet connection and can take a little longer for long videos. If it keeps failing, email us with the approximate time it happened.
