Terms of Use
Last updated: July 4, 2026
By using Overlift, you agree to these terms. Overlift is distributed through the Apple App Store and your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What Overlift is
Overlift is a training companion: it logs your workouts, suggests progression, and gives AI-generated feedback on exercise form from videos you submit.
Not medical advice
Overlift provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice. AI-generated feedback can be wrong. Always use your own judgment, train within your abilities, and consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. You train at your own risk.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and data you submit. You give us permission to process them solely to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you don't have the right to share.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service — including attempting to circumvent subscription limits, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer and liability
Overlift is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance.
Changes
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
